George O. Caldwell, Scranton, Pa., physician, was born in 1859 or 1860 and was a native of Nashua, N.H. He received an M.D. from the University of the City of New York in 1886 and was on the staff of the New York City Asylum for the Insane at Central Islip during the early 1890s.
